1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 30-44 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 0-14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the package cost.

3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

• Inclusions are clearly specified in each package description.
• Exclusions are mentioned in the package details. Common exclusions include personal expenses, tips, and optional activities.
• Wish My Dream Trip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We will inform customers of any significant changes in advance.

4. Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
• We are not liable for any denial of entry due to incomplete documentation.
• Customers must carry all documents during the trip.

5. Health and Safety

• Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies.
• We recommend consulting a physician before traveling, especially for senior citizens and those with pre-existing conditions.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the trip.

6. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
• In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a partial refund based on services not rendered.

7. Passenger Conduct

• Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers and service providers.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after cancellation.
• Processing fees may apply for refunds.
• Refunds for partially completed packages will be calculated based on services not rendered.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the package.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We act as an agent for various service providers and are not liable for their actions.
