How do I book a package?

You can book a package in three easy ways:

Our travel experts will guide you through the booking process and help you customize your trip if needed.

What is included in the package price?

Package inclusions vary by tour but typically include:

  • Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
  • Meals as mentioned (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Sightseeing as per the itinerary
  • Transportation between destinations
  • Services of a tour manager (for group tours)

Specific inclusions are listed on each package page. Exclusions and additional costs (if any) are clearly mentioned. Common exclusions include personal expenses, tips, and optional activities.

Can I customize a package?

Yes, we offer customization options for most packages. You can:

  • Modify the duration of the trip
  • Add extra nights in specific destinations
  • Upgrade accommodation categories
  • Include additional sightseeing activities
  • Add special experiences like spa treatments or cultural shows

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
  • Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS)
  • Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
  • UPI payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. For bank transfers, please contact us for our bank details.

When do I need to pay for my booking?

Our payment schedule is as follows:

  • At the time of booking: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost
  • Balance payment: Must be paid 30 days before the departure date

For peak season bookings or special packages, different payment terms may apply which will be specified at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 45 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee
  • 30-44 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • 0-14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
  • No-shows: 100% of the package cost

Special packages and peak season bookings may have different cancellation terms which will be specified at the time of booking.

Do you provide travel insurance?

Travel insurance is not included in our package prices but we strongly recommend purchasing it for your protection. We can assist you in obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellations and interruptions
  • Medical emergencies and hospitalization
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Personal liability
  • Emergency evacuation

What documents do I need for travel?

For domestic travel, you'll need:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar card, passport, driving license, or voter ID)
  • Booking confirmation voucher

For international travel, you'll need:

  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
  • Visa (if required for the destination)
  • Travel insurance documents
  • Vaccination certificates (if required)
  • Booking confirmation voucher

We recommend carrying both physical and digital copies of all documents.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your travel package as early as possible to secure the best prices and availability:

  • Peak season (October to March): Book 3-6 months in advance
  • Off-season (April to September): Book 1-3 months in advance
  • Last-minute bookings: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges

For popular packages like Chardham Yatra or honeymoon tours, we recommend booking even earlier as these fill up quickly.

Are meals included in all packages?

Meal inclusions vary by package:

  • Pilgrimage tours: Breakfast and dinner typically included
  • Honeymoon packages: Breakfast and one special meal (dinner or lunch) included
  • Domestic tours: Breakfast included, with options to add lunch/dinner
  • Nepal tours: Breakfast and dinner included

Specific meal inclusions are mentioned in each package description. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.

What should I pack for my trip?

Packing recommendations depend on your destination and season:

  • General items: Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, personal toiletries, medications, chargers
  • Mountain destinations (Manali, Darjeeling): Warm clothes, jacket, gloves, hat
  • Beach destinations (Goa, Kerala): Light clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, hat
  • Pilgrimage tours: Modest clothing, comfortable footwear, personal medicines

We provide a detailed packing list with each booking confirmation based on your specific itinerary.

Can I change my travel dates after booking?

Date changes are possible but subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made at least 15 days before the original departure date
  • Date changes are subject to availability
  • A date change fee of ₹1,500 per person applies
  • Any difference in package cost must be paid or refunded accordingly
  • During peak season, date changes may be restricted
